RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement describes the terms for vehicle rentals from D&D Car Rental. It covers authorized drivers, rental periods, rates and fees, deposits, insurance information, vehicle use and condition, fuel and mileage, returns, cancellations, accidents, damage, and signatures.

Vehicle, dates, pricing, and rental-specific terms are provided in the Rental Schedule. Rental details and all charges are shown before a reservation is confirmed. Reservations and customer payments are not currently being accepted.
